In keeping with the N.O.L.F. loving themery, I can't say I've heard of this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C.....ct_J.A.C.K. Anyone play this ??

Wow, I would not have guessed Daggerfall for number 6. Even though it is the first role-playing game I ever touched (via a PC Games demo disc in January 1997 no less) I have next to no memories of it.
And #7, Lemmings! Oh goodness, the countless hours I spent playing Lemmings. As far as early '90s PC gaming I probably only spent more time playing Warcraft than good old Lemmings.
#1 was on the tip of my tongue, too. I remember watching that short black and white clip, though couldn't name it for the life of me.

Ha! I remember that rediculous demo. My character was dropped in a dark well with massive clipping problems and your only solution was to discover climbing with that special Daggerfall touch of getting absolutely perpendicular to the wall. Or drown. Great way to showcase your game's epic fun quotient.
I'm just bitter because I couldn't finish the game last year even with three add-on mapping tools and liberal cheating.

Life is the misery we endure between disappointments.
#1 Dragon does look familiar, for sure – are those Mario fireballs ramming into it? #2 looks like a tv series, perhaps either Man Men or The Wire, #3 looks like Mega Man. I dunno about #4… #5 looks like the cover of Pitfall 2, maybe #6 is Dues Ex Invisible War, and #7 looks like it might be of the main baddy in the PS One classid "D"… but I can't remember if he had hair or not [Image Can Not Be Found]

- Zelda II
- Thirteen Days - great, underappreciated film. Bruce Greenwood and Steven Culp had the Kennedys down
- Mega Man
- Dragon Warrior (this was back before they went to the original Japanese title Dragon Quest in the western versions)
- Cover of Pitfall II: The Lost Caverns
- Deus Ex: Invisible War
- Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth
