Ok, I'm going to make up some answers to get the ball rolling:
Spore (first few amoeba levels)
Doom or something Conan-y (why not? That tower looks like it has snake statues on the top)
Hexen (although I can't remember any bikini girls when I played through it)
Trogdor the Burninator
Legion 2 (the second of many)
Pride and Prejudice (I've got nothin' - looks like some love-story movie poster snippet, possibly about vampires)
A man goes to knowledge as he goes to war, wide awake, with fear, with respect, and with absolute assurance. – The Teachings of Don Juan
Steerpike you've excelled yourself with this one. A truly devilish piece of work.
That fifth picture is upside down because I can make out 'press start'. Image one looks like a Japanese anime eye, which doesn't really narrow it down and the others, well, god knows.
I recognise that last picture, I'm sure I do.
Time to throw more crazy out there:
- Some bygone adventure game?
- NOT Back to the Future, since that clock had Roman numerals
- Attack of the Blue Spherical Invaders?
- Duke Nukem 2?
- Some id game?
- A really, really far zoomed-out Diablo II, Act 4?
No, but seriously, these images are crazy hard! Sir Steerpike, I don't know what sort of power or pleasure you derive from sucking the energy out of my now-crippled husk of a body, but congratulations. My brain lays down its arms and surrenders to your masochistic ways.
I think you need to ease up on the pain. I mean, unless it literally does fuel you/the silo, Riddler-style from Batman Forever.
If being wrong's a crime I'm serving forever
Ok.... my first stab in the dark...
Druid (it's probably not, but damn that UI looks familiar)
Wizard of Oz (B&W Dorothy holding onto the house in the tornado?)
Boulderdash
Bionic Commando (the recent platformer remake of the classic)
Doom 3 (upside down?)
Torchlight (or maybe a Resident Evil)
I may be a fool, but I'm not going to let a little thing like that stop me...

Well done, Jarrod! Boulder Dash is correct.
Here are Mysterious Clues:
1) It happened in the darkness too.
2) "I never thought ten hours could last an eternity..."
3) It's Boulder Dash.
4) It's the first of many wars, all of them clever.
5) On and off, yes; usually when I've been drinking, yes; but... (also: funny angle)
6) David Cage isn't the only odd Frenchman who designs games.
Good luck!

In that case, I'd like to suggest that #4 might be a Contra game, perhaps Contra 3: Alien Wars? Well, at least it has 'Wars' in the title, even if it wasn't the first Contra.
It certainly looks like a platformer, but obviously without seeing a character it's hard to tell which one!
And 'on and off'... usually when you've been drinking? Maybe Haze for pic #5?

Clue #5 can be found buried deep within the bowels of this very site.
I honestly thought this was an easy one! The last one was brutal, created as punishment for Gregg winning the contest earlier. Many of the images were upside down or partly rotated. For the record, the last set:
- Super Street Fighter II Turbo (that's Cammy upside down, hence the funny angle clue)
- Dig Dug (the clue came from the Bowie song "Squaring the Circle" – hides its organic growth, etc etc. Also tilted.)
- The Elder Scrolls: Arena (vexed, terribly vexed, as Emperor Commodus says in that excrement Gladiator. Gladiators fight in arenas)
- Venture (in Latin the part that's missing means "toward" – the Latin word for toward is ad)
- Mega Man 2 (also upside down – clue was "second of many")
- Vincent Ward's A Map of the Human Heart (Great movie; clue was "it'll break your heart, which you can't find your way around anyway)
So there you go.
Life is the misery we endure between disappointments.
I… um… know Latin.
Roman history degree and all.
