…here's a link to a May interview with the head of Private Moon Studios, developer of the Agon series and Yoomurjak's Ring. Some highlights:
* Agon: The Tale of the Four Dragons, to take place in China, is almost 70% complete.
* iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad ports of Yoomurjak's Ring are in the works. Oh joy!
* A Mac version of The Lost Sword of Toledo is in Progress.
* Plots and locations for more Agon episodes are set.
* Private Moon would like to do more FMV games like Yoomurjak's Ring.
* Private Moon has become a certified Nintendo DS developer.

P.S. I do so know how to spell "still"! I just didn't see my typo until it was too late to correct it.

I so loved Yoomurjak's Ring. Pray tell, what is Agon? I'm too lazy to go look it up... that and the 2nd half of Greece/Nigeria is about to start.

1st link = screenshots of Agon: Ep. 4: The Lost Sword of Toledo
2nd link = better description of the entire series than the Wikipedia article
3rd link = the game's website

When Myst was invoked in the wiki article, I was afraid; however, further reading coupled with viewing of a trailer has peaked my interest… Color me intrigued. And red-faced! Apparently, we have a review of this
in the archives!
And Adventure Shop is having a sale and Agon is only $10. I'll bite. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Didja ever bite? I'm still waiting for Agon: The Tale of the Four Dragons. One of the Private Moon principals occasionally posts on YouTube (trailers of their games, etc.). I asked her when the game might be finished. She said that the economy in Hungary had slowed development, but the game will be released in time, as will the rest of the 14 planned episodes of the Agon saga.
I think I'll definitely bite on the iPhone port of Yoomurjak, loving the game as I did. I'd also buy the iPad version when I get one later in the year.
