THE DARK MOD is a total conversion for Doom 3, turning it into a dark and moody stealth game inspired by the Thief series by Looking Glass Studios. We have created a toolset with revamped gameplay, AI, graphics, HUD and weapons to allow fans to create missions in a gothic steampunk universe. The Dark Mod went beta on October 17th, 2009.

Maybe now we can create a custom TR level.

My Dark Souls single player sensibilities are protected by a +10 GfWL Firewall of Ineptitude

I'd be all over this, but for a bug in Doom 3 that they've never fixed: for some reason, the game resets itself to 640x480 no matter what when using newer ATI cards. I actually liked Doom 3 and think it would be fun to play again, but I have needs in the resolution department.

This looks TERRIFIC!  Thanks Helmut for pointing it out!

Boy do I miss those Thief games.  I think probably it was my favorite series, even above the Ultimas.
