I guess the case between these two has been settled. Bethesda now owns all rights to the Fallout franchise; Interplay can continue selling the old games until December 2013, after which that privilege transfers to Bethesda. This also means that the Fallout MMO will not happen; or at least Interplay won't be involved if it is resuscitated. Interplay, in compensation, gets a few bucks.

It probably doesn't change a whole lot, but it's still kind of sad in a nostalgic way.
