We're close to that stage with our place; where you can move in but there are lots of jobs that are do-able while you live there. In the evenings of course.

We have a great game where you tour around the inside of the house to various libation stations where you pound enormous drinks then finally end up at the driving wheel. Anyone who can't make 8 minutes on the Nordschleife gets a date with the Togeraptor.
