Singleplayer FPS, linear corridor-shooter with entertaining time manipulation gimmicks. Visuals about on par with Bioshock/2, same engine, similar usage thereof. Not too short, not too long. Poor dialogue. Cliche characters. Cheesy plot.
But the core of the storyline, the wrigglings of time travel contradiction.. ooooooooh. OOOOOOH. Feels good. If you love yourself a bit of Terminator, I think even the lulls and the sewery-bits of Singularity will be worth it just so you can witness the ending. Consider it a gallery of impressive visual concepts and setpiece moments in a fairly standard Half-Life style shootemup, liberally ripping off a mixture of Bioshock and Dead Space.
In short, I recommend it, but quite quietly - and I want to hear your thoughts, if any of you have played it =)
