Did you guys see that Jane Jensen has put out a new game?  She is of course the designer behind the deservedly legendary Gabriel Knight series.  Her new game is Gray Matter.  A review is here: http://www.adventureclassicgam.....views/620/.

With this and Gemini Rue I guess I'm gonna be revisiting the 90s.

I haven't played an adventure game in a long time, but I couldn't resist a game by Jane Jensen. I hope it is near the quality of the Gabriel Knight games.

I have heard that it is ... lesser. I'm still game to give it a go and am thinking of downloading it this weekend.

Most of her faithful aren't even putting it close to the Gabriel Knight series; on its own though it looks like a quality game to me.

Despite the hardcore, older following she has from that series who hold it in high esteem, the piece 'Death of Adventure Games' (or something close to that) that revolves largely around it is undeniably brilliant, one of the funniest things I've read.

This reminds me I never finished The Longest Journey.  In fact from what I remember I stopped in an art gallery somewhere.  Every time I tried to restart it I stopped at the same place!

A couple of the BnB writiers are huge fans of the GK series. Thanks for pointing this out. I will let them know about it.
