I'm curious to know of other peoples' so called game spaces, so I thought I'd start off by sharing a picture of my own. Living in a condo, it is very compact and plain. All my console games are shoved in a drawer (most of my PC boxes are in a closet at my parents' house) under my consoles themselves, which are under my television. It's all quite space efficient and boring.

Do any of you have something more fun? A hollowed out wall, perhaps?

[Image Can Not Be Found]edit: I am a fail at inserting images into the forum ... it just doesn't work for me, so linky linky

I live in a condo, too. I have a giant wall unit in my bedroom (Ikea's finest!) that holds all of my console games (and most of my consoles) plus most of my PC games, plus all of my unread paper books, plus my TV and DVD and suchlike, plus a bunch of knick-knacks. My computer work area is in what amounts to a giant landing area between the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom/laundry. I will not post pictures because I am embarrassed about the untidiness of my house [Image Can Not Be Found] Which never gets any better, even if it pains me to say it [Image Can Not Be Found]

I'm house-sharing at the moment, so don't really have a good set up...  We should be moving into our own house in early July...  And then onto renovations - when that's done, I'll post a pic of my new set up, as one of the bedrooms will be converted into my own 'man-cave'.

My desk is a disaster, pretty much like my desk at work.  All my favorite junk scattered and stacked all around me.  Right where I know I'll have to dig around to find anything.  Books, games, bills, my shelf of found toys (I've had a habit for a long time of picking up broken/lost toys I find and giving them homes (who knows why.))

I hope that a cluttered desk is a sign of intellect.  Otherwise I'm in a heap of trouble.  And far too along in life to do anything about it.

I like my desk at work to be one extreme or the other; I think it's normal Ernest, so don't worry! If it's not completely covered in crap then it's bare as if used by a ghost. I don't know what that says about someone's personality (if anything?). Most people have clutter in the form of stuffed toys or pictures of their families, so I guess everyone has their own version of clutter. Mine is useless papers, empty boxes that once held cookies, and a few coffee rings here or there.

Massive tanker desk of the covered-in-crap variety. Have my PC and laptop on there along with empty beer bottles (in rotation) piles of paper, so on. All my PC games are in a GIANT CD folder I keep on the floor under my desk. This is my one and only space in the apartment. I let my girlfriend do what she wishes with the rest.

Desk is also my workspace.

Your cat shaped foot rest is awesome.

I barely have a gaming set up at the moment as I'm half way between the gutter and the stars (or rather, my mother in laws and my own place) so it's all a miss match at the minute. I'll try and get a snap of my shit (and maybe my gaming space, too) once it's ready.

She's more of a slipper, really. She warms my feet and occasionally claws them.

In a bid to make use of my camera's video recording facility, to celebrate the beginning of the weekend and to kind of help get over my mild fear of being recorded I have recorded a video of my cave: (yay for YouTube music overlay!)

I'm with Armand. There's no denying those are Gregg's slippers. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Gregg, I have that same IKEA chair, in red, plus the matching ottoman.

For everyone that's shown pix, is that ALL the games you own or are there more hidden away in some dungeon? Only Steerpike has alluded to "more than meets the eye" with his off-camera references to a closet and coffee table.

The middle shelves that I missed out have PS2, PS3, GC and DS games on them. There's also a bag with a load of DC games in it in bedroom 3 but aside from that I don't think there are any others. I honestly thought I had a lot more but obviously not.

EDIT: My SNES in another bag! And Hailey's Game Gear and Mega Drive collection!

I do! My parents got me a great system for my 30th, and then when I moved into this condo it actually had speakers built in, so I just hooked up my amp. I'm not an audiophile but I feel more powerful for having it.

Those things on the lower right there, Gregg, they look like comics. What are we reading?

Gregg, your voice was the perfect fit for that music.

Also, you could have cleaned up those empty beer bottles. How many weeks has it been..?
