Just finished Watefall Halls vault across from Erothin. I am now doing the Darius Quest. Went to the first Darius vault to retrieve an artifact but forgot to bring the keys from the starter vault. Back, keys, and back. Into vault 1. Found the aritfact. Two more vaults to go and then back to the starter vault. Lucikly I'm using an horse. Finally.
Did anyone talk to the horse dealer at the castle Stonfield? I bought all three horses to see what they were priced and then reloaded and bought the Dapple. When I asked for the white horse the dealer cracked that would be perfect, me buying a white horse. And the brown one she was like, glad you like it...I don't. She liked the dapple though.
I think my character, a femaile Nord, is really short. When I talk to Kim it's like I'm looking up a skyscraper. I seem to be really close to the ground.
Okay, thanks. I'll check out the statue quest after Darius.

My Oblivion cd just blew up in my disk drive! This is a first. Unfortunately I'm leaving town for a week. Hopefully I can save the drive but the cd is in peices. [Image Can Not Be Found][Image Can Not Be Found][Image Can Not Be Found]

found shoes of princess in Chabaet, but quest got updated...there is more shoes to look for!
I'm level 37.. can cast level 6 spells, but there is only few to buy... did't found any destruction above 5 yet

Just finished the quest to get documents from the Treomar library for Callisto. Interesting and not very difficult. I did also find a pair of nice shoes for the queen in the library. Heading back to the monastery, but will use the mark spell in case I need to return.

Pokey, well if u r still in the area, u can do part of Gervasius quest, and be sure to check on a Meat Burster (big T-Rex), on a plain by the river east of south gate.
Thanks for info about shoes...i'll have to go back, missed them when i was there...found one in ostian palace....it looks like there is one in every area, southreanm, northrealm, midrealm and treomar. it looks like one was in sanktum but its now closed..bah!

Thanks Toni. I'll check my quests and see what I can do. Also, the T-Rex. I tangled with the ghost rider, but the horse gave me fits, so I reloaded and went on. I looked all over the Sanctum for the shoes when it was available, but no luck.

Did not replay and haven't been back. Suppose it's more than time to advance the story. Still undecided on spending LPs, afraid I'll face a situation like Toni's where I wish I had a few spare to beef up a skill I'd ignored. Ah well, cannot predict everything. But boy howdy, how I try. OK, I got the key to that abandoned waterfront condo tower (that's what it looks like to me), got no further than first floor with the impassible door/wall, then crashed. Any instructions for me? Spoilers welcome.
Can anyone tell my computer is locking every 2 hours? Usually I give up at that point, one reason why I'm advancing so slowly.

Yap, your description of abandoned waterfront condo tower doesn't ring any bells. Where are you on the map?
I'd say use a lot of those points and get on with the main quest. Clearing dungeons gets boring after a while.

Pokey, the white condo tower just outside Erothin, on coast just before the pirates. Key to enter from Boss Lady A in dungeon/ruins where we ride on rising block & jump, get loot on ledge.
Scout mentioned doing it earlier, not how he did it.

Although with Arcania sounding not worth full price, Fallout: Vegas buggy & Two Worlds II delayed, I'm not in such a hurry to finish. Probably go back to Fallout 3 for DLC & mods.

Yapette, same as Pokey said, be little more speciffic…Mabey u talk about Zerobilion? If that is a case, jump on a stone table and then hop through the gap on the wall ( think its left).
Save about 5-10 points if u didnt unlocked special abillities (trap and ice thing)…i didnt have any lp and opened book about that ice thing, so i missed oportunity to learn it.
Try to get atleast 25 in every magic skill +50 acrobatics + blade/blunt & armor of choice or marksman & sneak.
for alchemy and mercantile its easy…make potions and sell them, but mercantile is n't much usefull in Nehrim. cool stuff r allways in dungeons.
Try to assemble armor set… I use mage of winds or shadow something. ( both light armors) for heavy u can assemble most of destruction master in chapter 1.
If u r still in ch 1 check sanktum + marrzul quorters for shoes for queen. Pokey said there is no, but guy on sureai forum sed its there???

Oh yeah, blood mage armor has 2 head parts so u can't get full bonus

It is probably Zerobilon. I was there but didn't go past the entrance area. I will head back and do that soon. I did part of the Gervasius quest in this area and am heading out for the other fragment. I killed one T-Rex but he didn't have anything except XP. I don't have much trouble handling anything in this location and I'm only level 20.
I have quite a bit of Shadow armor. Not sure if a whole set. What is the bonus for a set? I am mix and match now.
I think maybe I missed Merzul's quarters in the search for shoes. Maybe Yap can find.

I usually wear a set if all pieces are good. Pokey, seems to give a random bonus. I've equipped & un & equipped again, getting different bonus messages (so it seems) but none are great. If another piece has more buffs to what I actually use, I'll wear that & skip the bonus. Right now I'm swapping blood & wind. So many great bonuses, especially jewelry, can't wear them all.
I'm going in soon & write down my stats. See how far off they are from Toni's recs. Not that I'll follow what he says, I mean really, I only met him four pages ago! [Image Can Not Be Found] Truthfully, from bitter experience I've learned to NOT do what you're advising, but instead to focus on a couple of stats & make them strong/effective. When u find piece of armor u get a message….simple shadow armor dont give bonus…enchanted one give mostly stealth bonuses…
Yapette, 25 is not major busting :-)...u dont have to spend lp on that
And what i said for acrobatics... u dont have to TRAIN to 50, u can find items, potions or use spells to raise it...If u r lower than 50 (no metter how u raise it) in some parts of 2 chapter, its a pain...
Oh, and dont focus on blunt.. focus on blade...

Toni, I wonder if your not being able to post was my fault. Somehow. I left this page open at my post then husband came home & I went off to do other stuff, dinner, netflix (WWII moral dilemma, allied bombing of civilian targets/cities in Germany).
Came back, asked question above about characters, then your 2nd post appeared before mine.

Oh, and edit: I never wear unenchanted armor. Even if it looks good. Always want buffs. That red mage set of armor is ridiculous, have you tried it on?

If what you wrote won't fit in a post, split it up. Were you copying & pasting? There was a time when we couldn't write an article in Word, then copy'n'paste into a front page template Had to use text-based AbiWord. Something about coding buried in Word crapped up the entire site. Think that's all behind us now.
I really for sure am going into the game now. A relief to know you don't expect me to *train* everything to 25 (or 50). Whew.
Edit: yes, Blood Mage. Has no pants, tunic length top. Absolutely stoooopid looking helmet.
