When I visit page 9, it allows me to edit the page when I'm logged in. Not edit the post or posts, but the layout and content of the page. Is that perhaps something with the permissions granted to the page? It says, "Last edited by Gregg B. at 2:31 am." Were the yungun's out rippin' it up in the silo pub and bending the fabric a little? Just sayin.

Wild Territiory is frustrating, and it's a bit scary near the train yard because of the bloodsuckers. I had 3 jobs to do there, and 2 of them expired because I couldn't find what or who I was looking for. Attacked by dogs. Killed by bloodsuckers. Shot by bandits. It's a tough town. Only upside is that each attempt to finish those jobs gets me more loot than I can carry from those that attack me, or those that I find dead.
Tonight I'll try to get the jobs again and head there once more. If I fail again I'll move on to other tasks for the time being.
I keep getting weapons I haven't seen before. I'll use them once I have enough ammo for them.

@Steerpike: not only is page 9 all header and footer with no other content, page 5 looks like that again as well. At least when I'm signed in. I'll have to check to see if they are still like that when I'm not signed in.
Maybe there are too many spider webs in the gears.

Yeah, page 5 and 9 on this thread both had the issue. I also see some buttons are missing from the latest forum upgrade, so I have to look into that too. Everyone, please feel free to email me with forum issues!

Can't trust those gremlins. When I am signed in I can access neither page 5 nor 9. Not signed in, I can get to 5 but not 9. But who cares? We are SO past 5 & 9!
Finally found the Family Gun in Wild - by accident. I couldn't find it earlier eventhough I seemed to be standing right on it. Later, while wandering around, I found it. I was indeed on top of it, but not in the way I thought I was.
Headed over towards Army Warehouses and met the Duty guys at the Outpost. Got a job, completed it, and today will finish another one out that way that I got at Bar.
Duty. Freedom. They both have a point. In some ways Freedom is scarier than Duty. No way to choose yet. Early days. I'll stay neutral for as long as I can.

Just "effected my escape" from lab X18 in the Dark Valley, as the guide put it. That was fun in a trapped-in-a-hellish-underground-nightmare sort of way. I slipped through Dark Valley and into the Cordon before calling it a night. I know I've left some great loot behind but I think I'll just leave it. I want to get on with the Main Quests at this point. I still have yet to explore The Red Forest or Yantar but I'm going there when the quest lines call for it and not before.

Are Red Forest and Yantar scaring you? Should I be afraid too? Each new area is harder and scarier than the last, but at least as I move I get better guns and armor. But I'm guessing that some are just absolutely stomach-in-throat/need new pants scary.

Spike and Scout, and anyone who's more or less where they are in the game, you're about at the point where you want to start checking active jobs in your PDA every now and then. Unless someone fixed the bug, there's a story quest that appears but no one actually assigns to you. You can finish the game without it, but it will block off two of the seven potential endings and the story will make even less sense than it does now.
Without spoiling, I can say that the quest involves looking up some members of Strelok's old gang. The group's been diaspora-ed since Strelok disappeared, but they all have pieces of the puzzle.
EDIT: I fixed the quotes! All by myself! I am the God of CSS!

You may have fixed the quotes on your own, but now the front page's comments section's font is ridiculously small. I have 20/10 with glasses and it's truly itty bitty!
But look how nice the QUOTES are.
Seriously, though, I'm on the case.
Scout: ...maybe. I'm not 100% positive. This quest involves some step-retracing.
