Montreal!
Turns out, I only had one gas grenade in my entire inventory. But if anyone requires EMP, concussion or frag grenades, I'm your girl! [Image Can Not Be Found] After all that kvetching, I managed to ghost my way out the penthouse. And that boatload of EMP grenades I was carrying came in handy with the robotic dogs. I won't mention how long it took for me to figure out to use the grenades on the robots. [Image Can Not Be Found]
I'm now skulking about in the Picus tower. Luckily, I raided all the desks and PCs in the bull-pen area prior to talking to "Eliza". Jensen may be aug'd to the max, but he's a little slow on the uptake. He's always so surprised by the things happening around him.

Second boss down.
The first time I met her it didn't end well. I was running around that server room not knowing what the hell to do. It was impossible to hear what was being said except for "Run, Adam. She's coming." So I ran and ran and ran. Literally ran into Yelena and bad things happened. Spent some time looking at what methods others had used and they were all so complicated and/or involved the typhoon (which seems mean-spirited considering how I'm playing the rest of the game). So, I decided to try what worked with Barrett and stunned the bejebus out of her. [Image Can Not Be Found]
I'm back in Detroit and the riots are highly reminiscent of what's happened in Oakland. Quite eerie, truth be told.
Located the private detective and his source. Finessed Taggert into helping me locate Sandoval. I appreciated how Jensen would move closer to Taggert when I'd chosen the correct response.
I have 9 praxi banked. For the life of me, I don't know what I'll spend them on... okay, 2 will go towards maxing out my hacking skillz.

Skated through Detroit and now back in Hengsha...
Well, the alternate landing site. Is the rest of the game comprised of a sudden influx of enemies? Me no likey.
Forgot to offload some stuff and buy candy bars while in Detroit so I'll probably reload before the nightmare that is the Hengsha landing.

I noticed on my second playthrough all I had in my inventory was grenades, mines, and mine templates. They seemed necessary to me for this type of encounter, yet they take up a lot of space. They fill the eco-niche normally filled with rocket launchers (with lots of ammo) and that type of long range area suppression arms. I used grenades and mines to defeat first the heavy and then the walker while I ran cleanup with the sniper rifle on everyone upstairs.

I'm back to skulking through Hengsha. Alas, the forced landing didn't end well as I'm simply not fast enough with the throwing of grenades and whatnot. Only three of the ambushers were killed outright (there goes my nomination for a peace prize), the rest succumbed to gas and/or choke holds.
I'm now in the Harvester's hideout and managed to accidentally drown two of them when trying to hide the body and a punch to the face. Ooops!
Watching Jensen take down two enemies at once with the "tap guard A on the shoulder, swing guard B in front of Jensen while guard A lands a punch that brings down his buddy" just never gets old. [Image Can Not Be Found]

"Baby did a bad, bad thing."
I got miffed with all the ambushes that occur just when I'm about to finish a major quest line so I set up a robot to take out my enemies and then picked their bodies clean. I... feel... dirty. It certainly didn't help to hear their screams while they were being shot. To assuage my guilt, I may reload and plant a couple of gas mines instead.
I did chuckle at Jensen's response to Declan's "what happened to you?!" question: "I made the mistake of surviving."
Tonight, I'll head down the elevator in search of Megan.

I carted around two turrets. The cacaphonous sthrumbing drowned out the screams. Where are you.. in Montreal?
Wait, you carried the turrets with you?! It never occurred to me to even try that!
I'm in Singapore, just about to meet up with the 3rd boss.
** edit - Does anyone else wonder what Jensen does with his trench coat when he's in full-on skulk mode? Is there a special pocket in his pants? Inquiring minds and all.

There was one place, I think it was in Montreal, where two were available. And I did cart two around. I would walk forward with one (you can hide behind them and they still fire while you're packing) and drop it in a chokepoint, and go back and fetch the other one. Repeat. It's slow and painful, but fun in a stressfree ammo-and-health-preserving way.

The 3rd boss is kicking my ass. Alas, my MO used thus far - stunning them repeatedly with the stun gun - is too slow to reload for this guy.
As I was laying in bed trying to sleep (read: running scenarios through my head to rid myself of this boss), Helmut's carrying turrets around to do his dirty work scheme came to mind. There's a turret just sitting in the upper level atrium doing nothing as I've taken out every guard in the complex. I've already programmed it for enemies, I wonder if I can sit it outside the elevator before triggering the cut scene with Zhao? I'll have to give it a go tonight. Thanks for the idea, Helmut! I can try this sort of hard science experiment right now! Sadly, even though I can pack a turret out of the elevator into the encounter, once the cutscene is played it disappears. It appears this throwdown is between you and Jaron.
I had the Typhoon, which seems to make him grunt hurtedly when I used it. I think I was able to immobilize him with nefarious means and unleash the phoon a few times. Gas is your friend as are all kinds of mines. I ran from end to end and it seemed like I had a reasonable amount of time to get sorted before he comes again. He also seemed to climb over the walls when I did that, which lets you see him (a little) and gives you time (a little) to react before he starts shooting. There is a new weapon on the ground I think, trick is finding time to get it all picked up.

I had a lot of trouble with the third boss too, Toger. I'd stupidly gone in for the recall - god I hope I have my bosses right and didn't just give you a big spoiler - which makes the fight especially hard. As I recall, I'd found some huge weapon, a plasma rifle or something, just before and was carrying it to sell later. I wound up using that.
I can't remember exactly, but as I recall, you can take advantage of his jumping over those mannequin shelves - he does this more often than rounding corners, so staying in corner areas often gives you a chance to squeeze off a few shots before you have to scoot.
Life is the misery we endure between disappointments.
@Helmut, were you able to actually place the turret just outside the elevator or were you still carrying it when the cut scene began?
@Steerpike: Yes, that's the correct boss. No, I didn't go in for the recall based on Pritchardt's statement earlier that he was still checking into it. Plus, it seemed odd that all the manufacturer's were affected not just one supplier. I do recall seeing the laser rifle in a cabinet (didn't have room in my inventory for it) just before inserting the jamming device.
I've managed to get into the mannequin shelves and grab gear, but I've yet to take the time to figure out what all I'm picking up. I do seem to recall Jaron grunting and saying "what have you done?" when I've thrown an EMP at him, but I only had two to start and hadn't found another until it was too late for me. Gas grenades do make him cough. I wonder if concussion would confuse him enough for me to get close enough to set off the typhoon. (I've got 5-7 praxi to distribute, so I could definitely add that to my repertoire.)
Well, I have new things to try tonight. (I'll be thinking about this all day during work.)

Hey I take it back. It worked! Althought it has problems. Jaron spends most of his time invisible and the turret can't track him, plus after the cut scene, you are transported to the other side of the central divider, you'll have to work your way back to get near the turret. Third, you have very little leeway in placing it coming out of the elevator before the cutscene line is crossed. You'll want to aim it one way or the other and then you have to get him visible where the turret is currently looking since the turret doesn't track very fast. Still, he jumped over the right onto a gas mine and was rendered visible and the turret took him out in short order.
