Well it’s that time again folks, where we take a look at the latest software chart. Those amongst you who have managed to keep up with my past chart posts will remember my love of Just Dance, and you will be pleased to know that the tragic game (which does not know when to die) has bounced back from its blip last week (phew!) and has managed to claw its way back into the top three, behind 2010 Fifa World Cup South Africa, which now finds itself second in the chart.
Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar’s latest offering since the behemoth GTA IV landed in 2008, has stormed straight into the top of the charts. So, if you fancy yourself as a wild-west-gun-slinging-horse-riding-hotshot then look no further. Considering you can’t swim on it, and inevitably drown if you enter water deeper than 30cm (it’s lucky there isn’t much water then), it doesn’t strike me as a game as opened ended as it likes to make out. Still, if shooting vultures from the sky in order to unlock costumes is your idea of a good time (whom ever thought that was a ‘cool’ idea needs shooting), while playing virtual arm wrestling on tobacco stained tables, Red Dead Redemption is the game for you.

Admit it Lewis, you’re simply jealous of Just Dance because you’ve got two left feet! 😀
Haha, as a snazzy dancer Toger, I am deeply concerned with who is actually buying this game, with enough copies sold to keep it in the top three! It’s absolutely tragic when Monster Hunter Tri has just launched! 🙁
